1、前提
   权限：
            grant create synonym to scott;
             grant create public synonym to scott;
   是否创建public同义词
   是否把select等权限赋给用户
           grant select on scott.emp to hr;


2、创建、删除
    create synonym .. for ...
    drop synonym ..
