ORA-04000: the sum of PCTUSED and PCTFREE cannot exceed 100

ORA-04000表示在ORACLE中，已使用的空间占比（PCTUSED）和未使用的空间占比（PCTFREE）之和不能大于100，否则将会抛出此错误。官方说明如下：

【原因】PCTUSED和PCTFREE参数之和不能大于100。
案例：当用户将PCTUSED和PCTFREE设置为100时，将会遇到此错误。
正常处理方法及步骤
1、使PCTUSED和PCTFREE之和小于100，例如可以将PCTUSED设置为90，PCTFREE设置为10。
2、将PCTUSED和PCTFREE之和设置为100，但要注意的是，设置不应该过于接近100，以免出现问题。建议将PCTUSED设置为98，PCTFREE设置为2。
