ORA-01513: invalid current time returned by operating system
Cause: The operating system returned a time that was not between 1988 and 2121.
Action: Correct the time kept by the operating system.

The official explanation of this error reads: “The current time returned by the operating system and/or the database is not valid. This could be due to either a memory problem, a reinitialization of the operating system time, a system failure in the software, or a hardware problem.”
Common causes of this error are related to the system resources, such as a low available memory, system failure, or hardware issue. It can also be caused by changing the system time or the system clock.
The normal procedure to fix this issue is to investigate the issue and try to discover the cause. If the cause is hardware related, then hardware troubleshooting steps should be taken. If the cause is system related, then system troubleshooting steps should be taken. If the cause is related to the system time and/or clock, then it may be possible to reset the system time and/or the system clock to the correct time.
