1、问题
docker启动mysql报错：Error invoking remote method 'docker-start-container': Error: (HTTP code 500) server error - Ports are not available: exposing port TCP 0.0.0.0:3306 -> 0.0.0.0:0: listen tcp 0.0.0.0:3306: bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
2、解决办法
这是MySQL镜像安装中出现端口占用，这里可以尝试重启Windows的NAT网络（应该管理员启动命令窗口，否则会出现拒绝访问）
停止和重启NET网络：
net stop winnat
net start winnat
问题解决！
